The commissioning process ensures that the completed installation is inspected, tested, adjusted and regulated to guarantee the system operates as per the conditions intended by the designer. At Flexnet we aim to deliver a consistently high level of end product. Flexnet’s testing and commissioning provides services that promote long-term and efficient operation. Acceptance testing determines that each piece of equipment is ready for energization and that it will operate as designed and perform as an integral part of the system.

The principal aim of Flexnet, with respect to each project, is the successful combination of individual costing, timing and quality targets. Project Management involves decision making, organization, planning, budgeting, coordination of actions, communication and control. Flexnet provides Good Operation Guarantee for its installed equipment and the implemented applications. During the Guarantee period Flexnet provides maintenance and technical support services preserving the installed equipment in perfect condition. Furthermore, the company preservers suitable stock of spare parts for the immediate repair of faults securing the most efficient functioning of the installations. After the end of the Guarantee period, Flexnet can continue providing maintenance and technical support services under one of the following schemes:

  • within a Maintenance Contract (with terms and conditions according to customer requirements)
  • On-call requests
  • Indicatively, the following maintenance and technical support services are mentioned:
  • Call Center 7x24x365
  • Remote Support, 1st and 2nd Level

Flexnet maintains two Electrical generators 30KVA and one of 7KVA for emergency needs.



Within the frame and scope of keeping its partners up-to-date, Flexnet hosts informative seminars for the new products range and series, in accordance with the new technology developments. Furthermore, the training seminars organized by the company are focused on the specific customer needs and they are conducted either at Flexnet offices or at the customer premises. The training seminars are conducted by certified company engineers aiming to transfer the know-how for the efficient operation of the installed equipment and for its full utilization and exploitation.
